What is a "PM OS" exactly?

It's a set of AI skills that live on your laptop and know your business. Do I need to know how to code?

No. Zero coding. You'll be typing plain English into Claude, describing your business, asking questions, building skills. If you can write an email, you can build your PM OS.

What's a "skill" in this context?

A skill is a reusable AI prompt that knows your business. Instead of starting a new conversation with Claude every time, you run a skill (like "customer research" or "idea validation") and it already has all your context. You build it once, and it works forever.

What do I need before the workshop?
